Chris Rasmus is CEO of Rasmus Auctions.
Chris is a 1977 graduate of Mendenhall Auction School, 1983 Graduate of Virginia Tech, 1997 VAA president, past member CAI board of governors, and member of the Hall of Fame.
In 1998 Chris moved his auction model to internet only auctions. Today Rasmus conducts 600 internet only auction per year with partners in six states and Puerto Rico.
Chris’ passion is auction innovation, business efficiencies and developing new auction models.
Chris is the online auction instructor for the Certified Auctioneers Institute at Indiana University and international speaker who works with auctioneers throughout North America mentoring and transitioning them to online auctions.
Jonathan Burke was raised in Stafford County, VA. Jonathan entered the United States Army, where he served 8 years. Jonathan had assignments in the 1st Cavalry Division in Fort Hood, Texas, and finished his military career at the Special Missions Unit, White House Communications Agency in Washington D.C. He worked in the private sector providing support for the federal government as a contractor on various different projects. Jonathan is a graduate of the Moseley School of Real Estate, and he is a licensed Realtor in the state of Virginia, as well as a graduate of the World Wide College of Auctioneering. He is married to Kristi and they have two children, Sydney and Jackson, as well as an active member of Spotswood Baptist Church.
Mark Mast is the Southwest representative for Nicholls Auction Marketing Group. Mark graduated from the World Wide College of Auctioneering in Mason City, IA in 2014. He joined the company in 2016. He is an active member of the Virginia Auctioneers Association and the National Auctioneers Association. He is active in his church and community serving as a member of the Botetourt Chamber of Commerce. In 2016 Mark was crowned Virginia State Champion Auctioneer.
